This notice is sent to you in accordance with Article 32-2 of the Korea Automobile Management Act.


First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our customers for their interest and support in Hyundai Motor.
In order to prevent the possibility of disrupting the operation of your vehicle in advance, we will voluntarily conduct free repairs as follows.

GCS unopened vehicles: Hyundai Motor's direct high-tech center and Blue Hands

3. Additional information


  • A. This free repair will be conducted through OTA (Over The Air) sequentially for customers who are using Genesis Connected Services (GCS).
    Customers who have completed the OTA update do not need to bring their vehicles to the direct high-tech center or Bluehands.
    If you have any questions, please contact the Genesis Customer Center.
  • B. During wireless updates, the lock function through the smartphone key, NFC card key, and door button may temporarily not work.

Upon receipt of this customer notification from a car lease or rental company, please deliver it to the actual user without delay or receive free repair directly.

5. Wireless Update (OTA) Procedure Guide

Wireless update (OTA) proceeds with the following procedure.
Please understand that the update will be carried out sequentially over a certain period of time to ensure quality stability.
